for all you IS lovers??

Rite guys just wondering how much you guys have on the clock and secondly how fast you have got out of your little 4pot engines.

I have 168k on the clock and I have achieved a top speed of 138mph. Please do note I am old and do not drive at high speeds all the time this was only done once and will never be done again.

Totally standard 1.8is with full service history and an oil change every 3 months.

Regards winkeye

Pointless thread as if you really love an iS for what it is you don't really care how many miles is on the clock, what the top-speed is and definitely wouldn't be keeping it standard winkeye

All the same... 150K at the moment on the clock (got it at 130 exactly)
Top speed about 145 before I said enough was enough.

Had about 130 on my track iS when it was on the road (sorry I mean race-track!) and totally standard but probably could have done a little more if I waited for another mile or so  :D

anyway ive had 120mph on the clock and timed a 0-60 in 8.0 seconds dead using the OBC, i think the chip ive got plays a part in that as i can get to 60 in second rather than having to change up, still want more low down grunt :) ..... you know where thats heading

Oh and 136k :)

88k (clicked over last night) and I've had about 130 out of it... on private land of course guv'na! ;)

Want to chip it, as acceleration feels slow (esp to 60!)

151 k miles on the clock and will do 135 mph. Its not standard though.
How did you get 145 dave? Is that the clock that was reading optimistically or is mine just broken?

No, the clock that was reading optimistiacally went way off the clock at full chat and at 60mph it was reading 80

Great fun though in scaring passengers that take alot of notice of the speedo winkeye

Or just go to a track day where you can drive fast properly and safely without looking over your shoulder all the time....
oh wait... we drive 318iS so we'll still be looking over our shoulders on track anyway

Thought, better coming from me than leaving the opening for a 6pot owner :D
