Did all Design Cabs come with M-Tech steering wheel and suspension?

How many neon green cabbies do we have on the zone?
I have just bought one as my next project,body fittings are now stripped and it is in the bodyshop for rear arches and a re-spray,whilst I search out fabric to repair/re-cover the driver's seat.
General plan is to re-furb the suspension and fit the 2.7 from my now rusty 4 door....

They didn't come with tech 2 kit, that's been added afterwards. It's a fellow zoner's car, hope he doesn't mind me showing this pic (if he still has the car).
