Ok I often look for E30 pictures using diferent search criteria as I am still looking for details/pictures of the mystical Hartge touring with all the race graphics.
Anyway I digress, I stumbled upon this ......
Link is picture heavy but the images are about two thirds down.

Stunning prep on the shell.

Whats E30 about it?? At most its got a little bit of E30 bodywork and thats about it. You might as well call an F14 a Cessna, they've both got ally panels somewhere.

It's still got a BMW engine which is more in keeping with an E30 than most of the heavily modified US e30s.
I love the hidden roll-cage in it too
If ye want a car to question is it still and E30, I'd go with this one...

Yep, and all that work to have a sorted chassis only to stick in a cheap M30

I like this car, I think the dudes in the original thread are just jealous. I'd still class it as an E30 because that's an original body shell, it's no space-frame special.

It's very impressive but surely on anything other than a track it's going to be horrible to drive with wheels that size and the ride set that low.
Or is it only being built to track
