MOT due on my touring end of June, but I want to get a jump on the work that needs/might need doing from now until then. If I stick it in for test now and it fails, will I only have the week or so to get the repairs done, or is it still covered by the current MOT until it expires? I know places used to do pre mot's, but I think this is a thing of the past. I know its going to fail on one or two things, but I dont want to have it all to do in one hit like. Hope this makes sense and as always am glad for advice/tips.

Many thanks in advance,

Barry.
