Forgot to mention my ebay result this weekend - sold my old Raleigh Pursuit racing bike which has been sat in my shed for the last 10 years rusting away......for £74 ! Bloke came and picked it up this morning and was well pleased ! Fragging an E34
cut my finger with an hack saw too so the windscreen got showed the 2lb lump hammer which turned into kicking the bollox out of drivers wing and door

sowed some veggie seeds and did a it in the garden. Also tinkered with the 928, removed the rear screen seals to tidy up.

I would say its an hour and a half max. Easy as all you have to do is under a few hose clips and the air flow meter box, the ICV is the most difficult bit as its right up against the bulkhead, its held to the rocker cover by 1x 11mm bolt.aj_mckay wrote:Have been thinking of doing this myself. Cant believe how much smoother and responsive the car is!
I recommend spending £4.50 on carb cleaner and spending an hour doing cleaning the intake parts.
Gotta love the cheap or even cost free jobs that actually make a difference
Depends what else you wanna clean up, for example the grime on the inner wings etc etc!

Today I arv mostly been fitting a carbon bonnet, rad fan, mounting my ss exhaust and puttin the car cover over it 'caus I didn't it finished before the new job starts.. 

Today I`ve been recovering from my hip replacement last thursday so I had the lads remove the headlamps so I could do a bit of light work on them.
