THE two short straps fit into yoir bootl then fix the four long ones into the side of the hood at the rear windows,scootlife wrote:Just bought a cover / protector for cab roof window. Quick questions...How does it fit ? any one got any pics of one fitted?

Ah.. ...Best get it on the car then.... but thought I had better find out what exactly was its main use... Handy for hot days when parked up also i suppose , stop window from yellowing.

It's not there to protect cracking. The window will still be very fragile in cold weather with or without the protector. It's used to save the need to use deicing fluids or remove the need (temptation) to scrape the ice off and so scratch the window.
