As for foreign drivers, how about you should have anticipated his actions slowed down and then you may have been avoiding the accident instead of getting caught out by the severe lack of pace the iS really has..

I agree that some drivers sit inconsiderately in the outside lane, on the other hand the purpose of the 'overtaking lane' is not so that everyone else can get out of your way. If I overtake a car but there's another one 50 yds ahead that I'll need to overtake very soon I'm not going to pull over and get boxed in by the stream of nose to tailgate muppets in the outside lane, especially if I'm doing a perfectly reasonable 80mph.dannyboy759 wrote:To be fair to foreign drivers! It's an example to illustrate the difference between driving in the UK and Germany. In the UK people act as self appointed traffic cops by setting their own speed limit in the outside lane.
