Hi fellow E30 lovers
Thought I'd introduce myself.
I live in Melbourne, Australia and I've had an e30 325i executive for past eight years. It's been a real joy to experience the feel of such a car. Have had many happy memories but sadly will sell her to update to an E36 M3. But fear not, one day, when the planets align in my world, I'd love to be able to own an e30 M3 Evo 3 Sport.
Cheers
BTW - do you rekon you guys can win back the Ashes?

welcome to the zone mate, as a half way down-under zoner i am probably one of the first ones up to welcome you!!
i doubt many on this site will see moving to an E36 an upgrade, you will have many suggestions of taking the lump out and sticking it in the E30 then burning the E36 shell, but as you still aspire to a real car then you may be OK!!
as far as the ashes go they will proabaly be a diamond by the time we win them back (and well done on avoiding the whitewash BTW never good for moral getting truly stuffed by the saffers on home soil
)
anyway once again welcome to the zone, quite a few fellow Aussies on here who will no doubt welcome you soon.
take care
mrlee

one great invention. Well, an invention, anyway.
Where would we all be without the rotary washing line?
But seriously, I'd gladly give my left buttock to live in Australia.

A much more useful item. Well, perhaps more fun, at any rate.

Welcome mate. Shame you are getting rid of your E30 as they don't seem to be drawing many $$$ here at the mo.
I am also looking closely at moving to an E36 motorsport but will be keeping the chromie as well
A few Aussies popping up on here lately - if anyone can point me in the direction of some 15" BBS basket weaves in Australia then would be much appreicated

Thanks for your warm welcome guys.
Yes, an idea would be to put the E36 M3 lump into my car but it would cost a bit of dollars....
Alpineade - I didn't realise you're on here.....I'm also on eurocca.net.au...good to see you're branching out!!!
