e46 323ci
e30 m3's
civic type r
numerous gays in saxo's clio's etc
mk2 2.0 16v golf track prepped would have BUT brake pads left a lot to be desired

evo 6, pulsar, corvette, scooby, cav, calibra and a couple of other things on a very wet silverstone

oh and top end run came out at 152mph indicated - is gearbox and 3.64 open diff - yes it can be an arse sometimes but you just have to be on the ball.
I am waiting for some new brake pads today as I royally roasted them on wednesday at oulton :( road pads on track ftw

Jon, bring the 205 on!! I'll give you a run for your money

Good topic beemerlad mate - shame about all the weird posts which are completely off topic, must have been a heavy night down the pub!!
twism wrote:Back on topic...I think my sweetest win was against guy with a Porsche Boxster. Around 4am I was at the stop light waiting to turn right, talking with the girl next to me. Than he stopped, I looked at him, he was with a girl too, and he started to rev the car. I tought to myself "well i guess we're not turning right here" I reved the car couple times and started to wait for the green light. We raced until the next stop light and I smoked him reaaaaly bad. Than he stopped like two cars behind me, but I putted on reverse, stopped next to him and ask him what engine he has. He said it was a 3 litre but I dont think it was a 3 litre. Than I made a U turn in front of him, going really sideways, and continued where I was going. My friend asked me, how come we were faster than a Porsche, and I said that because it's a Porsche, it doesn't mean it's a faster car winkeye

you have to forgive Jon and his sickness for french contraptions, he's a poor student and has been busy converting his already frugal M42 torquemeister onto LPG, reckon he's got a leak into the cabin

Alpina owners are a breed apart :)

Magpie's from the North East, so he's alright in my book

My sport and Alex's 190bhp m20 325 seemed to have no trouble keeping up with RandomDave on the North Devon link road.
In fact I distinctly remember pushing them both up a hill with some reserve but that doesnt mean anything really.

Would be nice to test it out fairly, maybe on the Xmas SW blast. winkeye

Yep, that's the plan my good man.

BBB - that was part of my reason for starting this thread, to will myself along, so judging by what people have managed to bait and snag so far, this should be quicker than the soarer on account of being 500kgs lighter lol. Well that and the fact the soarer still has it's 112mph limiter on :)

Well I'm not telling porkies :) I'm not some 16 year old kid, that want to impress anyone here. The author asked something and I told my story. By the way, I'm from Bulgaria, and what I said, happened over there.

here's a picture of my car:

mitsu evo's, subaru imprezzas, m3's, porsches, civic type r's off the top of my head and many more ive forgotten and that was with under 300bhp.
one thats just sprung into mind was the time i had a bath on my roof rack with the toilet and cistern inside the car and i bet a cupra iirc away from the lights from a standing start. my what fun.
onwards and upward to the next level of 360-370 bhp :D

*MODS* please clean this thread up, and change title to M50/M52.

I was gona start this kinda thread as well for the M50/M52 boys to brag/talk/big up (whatever you wana call it) about there cars.

last weekend on my way to ants house i served up a V64MOTION it was de-badged, but you can tell a MK4 golf with two pipes sticking out on one side, could not have been a V5, as this V6 did hold its own untill silly MPH when he had to make way... :snigger:
