I suspect this has been asked before, so apologies to the regulars, but I'd like to know how to reset the service indicator lights. Apparantely the system can be reset by a wire in the right holes. Any ideas so that I can keep the car looking kosher with DIY servicing? Or do I just need to invest in the reset tool?

either that mate or go onto ebay, you can get them for like £15 I bought one and it works a treat. Other than that get yourself down to Sutton Surrey and I'll do it for ya

The proper tool only costs a few quid and is very easy to use, saves fiddling about with a bit of wire and avoids any possibility of causing damage.

Thanks guys. I'll give the wire method a go and let the forum know. But a reset tool sounds a good bet long term.
Cheers.
