Hey all am new round here. Hows every one?

Just bought my self a 89 2 door 316 through my work and cant wait to get behind the wheel. Ive allways liked the e30 and now am so happy to own one!

I paid £400 for the car, it got 50k on the clock, 12 months mot and rust free is this a good price you think?

Al get some pics up as soon as i get it home and all shined up :D

That by the sound of things is a bargain! As said, the perfect base for an engine conversion at a later date.

welcome m8 this is the place to be when you get an e30,get some no claims behind you,then up grade as you can only go faster. 8) ,,,,nice you got a 2dr :wink: my 316i eater[ONLY KIDDING]

Gotour owns the eatting machince. the magical 318i Auto trouring that kept up with the Alpina C2 2.5 and 325i Sport :d Not even a Lotus Elisse was capiable of doing that yet the Green machicne did.

Its red/pink haha, thats why theres no photos yet. gonna shine it up in the compound at work.

Not gonna be an engine swap for a while yet. got no noclaims bonus yet. Just using it as my drive to work till i finish my apprentiship.

sounds like a nice sensible car to start with but Leave the engine alone but sort out all the rest first ,othrwise you end up going too fast for the car :eek:

Cheers mate, engine is being left alone untill i can afford it insurance wise. just going for looks at the mo.

Im an apprentice tech for bmw so will be pleanty of knowledge for when i want to do the engine and it will be different. The guys at work have been saying different ideas i could do so will be plenty of options for me 8)
