It's a 320iS, only sold in Italy and Portugal to take advantage of the taxing benefits of cars under 2 litres. Still has an S14 but it's destroked to achieve the lower capacity.
Not in E30s any more :(

that was on ebay last year if its the one i saw and it didnt fetch only just over 1k
