just bought some front lowering springs 40mm from ebay for cheap. only states that they are for e30's not specific models i.e 318i,320,325i. are the springs the same for all models and will they fit if they are meant for a differnent type e.g 325 not 318i

not 100% mate but think they have different poundage.

think you got my springs m8,did you get my ebay reply?they came off 3i8i & will fit same or 316i,thanks again. :thumb:

as the quote, but they all fit, so 4 pot springs in a 6 pot will give more drop, winkeye

The springs are different for a reason. If you put 4 pot springs on a 6 pot you're a braver man than me!!!
