AFAIK each dealer has a budget for promotions and key rings and stikers come out of that, its up to the salesman to give the stuff out as he sees fit.

When my wife picked up her Z4 he gave her a free key ring.

 Exactly what I thought Simon. How very generous of them.

May be an idea to ask for the bits next time you place a large-ish parts order. If they see you spending money I'm sure they will cough up the bits.

Got a free tax disc holder the other day, just asked if he happened to have one lying around and he gave it to me. There's no harm in trying :). My local dealer uses most of them on valet cars he said.

I phoned up the dealer where mine originally came from when I first got it and just asked if they could send me some. Couple of days later this fell onto my door mat...

The lady on the end of the 'phone at the dealership was very helpful so anyone else who wants any, I'd recommend just giving them a call - didn't cost me a thing! 8)

don't really understand why anyone would want to put them on their car tbh.

i understand keeping the originals on a clean tidy, standard original car, but i can't see the appeal of modern versions which are obviously retrofit as they have different numbers, web addresses etc

the tzx disk holers in particular are extremely ugly, i have to replace the holder in all my cars with a nice simple plain black from the outside magnetic type. dont see the appeal of half an acre of white plastic being bunged on the screen
cheers,

harry
