Ok,so it's not E30 related, but they are rear wheel drive and more likely to be skidding all over the place with enthusiatic driving!
I've just watched Real Story on BBC1 and feel for those of you who didn't see it,perhaps you should read this.

I also put it in this section for better exposure as I believe it to be of a high importance and worthwhile read.

X5 V8 for thrills, CRV for chills, Range Rover P38 V8 for sooooo much aggravation...
So 20% of our roads need repairing/replacing just to make them upto how they were in 1979!! What does our Ԛ£36Billion in Car Tax pay for then Mr Brown.....everything else thats what.
Also, some of the sites for Speed Cameras could be down to just the road surface being faulty and not necessarily speed/bad driving.
If I ever find myself in a similar position to those on the programme, I would research the effectiveness of the road!

It's strange how they surface the approach roads of pedestrian crossings and junctions with the stuff thats like sandpaper, but are quite happy to think that a road with a repaired surface is perfectly adequate.

Hmm back when i had something that was rwd i remember certain bits of my area being extra slippery compared to others for no reason, now i know why
Infact the state of the roads around town is one reason why i sold up
Potholes and crap surfaces really kill your love for cars sometimes

I find it hard to believe that woman was only going 20mph! You cant flip a car forwards onto it's roof doing 20.
They must have searched for donkeys for the WORST woman in Sunderland.

Round our way - two words - BUS LANES! They're cropping up everywhere - what a total waste of space!Nostrils wrote:What does our Ԛ£36Billion in Car Tax pay for then Mr Brown......
I saw the programme too - pretty horrific i say. It'll make me think twice about speeding round bends in future - check the road surface first.
