they look like the standard ones on most e30's, if they are them ones and are 15" they will be et24

They look like the 14" type fitted to the 318is, I suspect they're intended for VW Golf fitment but may be wrong. Offset, size etc. should be stamped on them somewhere.

If they are genuine OEM wheels they would have the offset or ET cast on the inside of the wheel generally. I know this has always been the case on my E34, E39 and my existing E30 rims.
