I've always liked black wheels with silver or polished lip. The mim wheels on my car at the moment were OK but they now look to small since adding the sport m tech 2 kit, also a couple of the wheels on my car have been damaged by previous owner and I think are causing shaking above 80mph.

Ideally I'd like these wheels in 16", but they only do 15 or 17's.... I have a brand new set of 17" tyres at home, which makes these wheels only Ԛ£365 for the set!!

So what do you all think? would it look OK? I really cant decide!!!!

Are they Inigma, or something like that?

I was thinking of getting them as i like the dish to them, also probably better quality then alpina reps.

wonder what they'd look like on Dolphin grey.

When i first saw those wheels in one of the BMW mags,i thought they would be the dogs on a white or black car.
Wouldn't mind a set myself.

So they would sit to far under the arch and look silly then?? I like wheels sticking out as much as possible... what size spacers should I get? 10mm - 15mm??

Yeah, I'm 110% that they would look perfect on a white e30, but wasn;t so sure on a black car, if it would look too black!!, has anybody got any pics of a black car with black wheels??

Honestly wanted to do that, and possibly have the lips polished / diamond cut too.... would look good. I like the rims on my car but there is a few problems with them ---

1, two off the wheels are dented on the inside, one quite badly the other not so bad (Could be causing my 80mph shake)

2, only two of the wheels are actually mims, I dont know what the other two are!!!, they are very slightly different, they dont have mim stamped on them, one type has sharper edges on the spokes, and one set has a lip around the four bolt holes, while the others are flush.

3, two of them have the wrong bore size they are too big, which makes it almost impossible to centre the wheel on the hub without the spacer thingys (are they called spigots?) (Could also be causing my 80mph shake)

4, I would rather they were 16's!!!

So you see, really it is not worth sticking with these rims!!

Looks mean as you like, really liking the deep dish on them. I've got a soft spot for black wheels with a polished rim, had them on my first car.

Good Choice!!

I've gotta say they are one of a few aftermarket wheels that I think suit an E30, looks very good wilson.

Loving the black centre/silver rim-ness

Thanks guys.

Ant - I went for 20mm spacers, brought it to 18 I believe, they fit fine no rubbing at all, and look just perfect...

The wheel bolts were slightly to long, I had to take couple mil of the rear bolts or would have mangled my hanbrake mechanism!!!!!!
