hey problem solved after pulling all induction elbow & associated stuff off to check throttle etc ,&couldn't see anything wrong ,disconnected battery so ecu went to default still the same ,went for drive with the missus sat parked up [engine idling ] commenting on how it still sounded sweet &even , ...

First drive since september new mot sunny day every thing sweet except idle speed , idle speed sits at 550rpm when fully warmed up after a couple of hours driving .Revs dip slightly[500] when pulling up to junction etc then rise to 550rpm and stay constant .Car drives fine in all respects but just l...

yo just a quick question as to are there any events reasonably close to where I live [isle of wight ] don't mind A bit of travelling just keen to get out there this year ,been meaning to do some meets /shows etc since owning my 325i coupe [4 years] :P

hi every one don't know if anyone's able to help I've just been offered A 320i professionally fitted with a m30 3 litre lump (188 bhp ) but don't know if id be better spending A bit on my 325i instead ? . I know this conversion has been done A few times fritz bitz even do A kit but i don't know what...

hi when the wife starts her 316i from cold the revs rise and fall for about a minute then settle engine has been serviced and runs fine when warmer engine is a m40 car is a 1990 316i

notchy when cold.ever since a local garage serviced my car [inc gear oil ] the gear change has become very difficult when cold sometimes even graunchy when its warmed up gearshift is fine ive since had a new clutch fitted but its still the same any advice would be appreciated [the car is a 325i 1989 ]

help! my rear beam bushes are shot can any body tell me the easiest way to replace them as i havent got a repair manual is it fairly easy or am i facing a nightmare any advice would be greatly appreciated as the old girls pretty soggy thanks

can any one help? my 325i has been lowered by a previous owner & i dont know what springs etc where used . the ride height is fine but it could do with being replaced (on a budget) any ideas on (a) original ride height? (b) what to replace it with i thought abought g-max but dont know if its any goo...
