Re: PRESTON LANCASHIRE
It is a bit basi but really looks the part. British racing green with yellow stripe, looks just like one of the old lotus sevens. Its getting re-built this winter unless i sell it in the meantime. Its hard work driving any distances, reallt shakes you to death but great fun. Just fitted a full stain...

Re: PRESTON LANCASHIRE
Its already built, its called a locust kit car and is based on a cortina chassis. Its currently powered by a 2litre pinto, which although its quick i thought 215bhp from the bmw engine would be a great idea. It would be over 300bhp per ton then and silly fast. not sure if its worth just getting the ...

Re: Whats it worth?
The only thing that lets it down is the bodywork, even then its not that bad. Should be easy for someone with a bit of skill at bodywork (something i dont have). i would rather it went to someone who could finish the car as i really dont want to break it.

Whats it worth?
I am finally giving up on my project car which i have now owned for three years. Its a lach silver 325i (no body kit), approx 161,000 on the clock. However, last year i fitted a 2.7 which had every single component in the head replaced including a schrick cam (284). The previous owner had it rolling...

While on the subject of air boxes, i have a k&n panel filter fitted as well. In my wisdom i decided to also drill holes in the the airbox along the bottom and the sides. Would this make any difference.........benefitial or not?

Will the 3.64 dif make also make it slower or would it not really make a difference? i have just got a bit obsessed with acceleration and dont want anything to hinder that.

Sport or M3 diff?
I currently have a modified 2.7with a sports 3.91 diff. I have been advised that an e30 m3 diff will in fact work better. Is this true and how will each diff affect the way the car accelerates etc?

Once left for a minute or so it will start again and run as normal. It has been suggested that it could be something to do with the ...

bucket/racing seats
Having recently stripped out all the interior out of my car, including carpets and full recaro leather, i have decided to fit two lightweight front seats. Im looking at spending upto Ԛ£250-Ԛ£300 per seat. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best style, make, place to buy them.
