Zymol Titanium. Im really impressed with this wax. The shine it gives and the beading also is great. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/Allan320/28122007086.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/Allan320/Detailing%20Exploits/28122007085.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/Allan320/28...

Re:

I use chemical guys products for my tyres. I always found that Megs, even thought it says it will stick to the tyre, seemed to fling its self over the paint work. Having detailed my own car and another M3 that was Silver, I found that the speckles appeared after a day or so. Chemical guys hasnt done...

I was recently given BMW's own leather care cream. Its really good IMO. You could just keep giving the leather coats of cream until it softens up.

I read bad things about the leather paint / dye. But i cannot remember where :(

Yeah I got a season ticket mate. Just looked at what ive got in my collection. You could try Autoglym paint renovator (halfords) and see how that brings the paint up.

Meguiars wheel brightener. Available from the meguiars web site. Mix it up to levels of 4:1. You only need to spray this on and let it do the work. You get a big bottle that you need to dilute and in general it works out less than buying wheel cleaner bottles. Heres the wheels of an M3 i detailed re...

Snow Foam + foam gun

After getting rid of all the swirl marks on my car I was looking into ways to get the car clean without inflicting more swirl marks on the finish. With the grit and salt on the road this would be hard. I had been trying a lot of products in my foam gun (shown below) but most good but not good enough...

Try some Autoglym tar remover on a cloth, and have some fairy liquid at hand to remove the tar remover. A quick rub with the tar remover then fairy should do the trick. treat the leather afterwards because more than likely you will remove what ever protection is on it, what ever method you use.

Im in the process of getting me some zaino, but mostly i use the meguiars pro range. Bought me a meguiars porter cable (basically a rebranded porter cable) and a lot of the pro range and they work pretty well at taking out some defects and making the car shiney. Heard zaino is the way forward tho so...

hmm, could be worth investing in. The meguiars stuff is sticky and the only thing thing that will take it off is degreaser, which is annoying. Ill give it a try. Cheers :D

There is a product from Meguiars called soft wax, which is pink in colour and does not remove wax protection. I would say the cheepo shampoo would not remove your wax protection, im using a bottle of simoniz wash and wax for the winter months and its quite good. Got it from costco for Ԛ£3 :D Go...

I agree with jon here. T cut is hard work, try meguiars cleaner wax or the DC system which contains 3 products.

Autogly also do a paint renovator.

There is a couple of products that you could use after the process described above. You could use the poorboys SSR range. There is SSR 1,2,2.5 and 3. also there is meguiars #2 swirl remover. All of these can be used by hand, PC or rotary, but be prepared to get sore arms if doin it by hand as you ne...
