Much want here. But unless something comes up that means Han's going to be away with the kids, I doubt it this year... Leo's not quite old enough (although last chance before he starts school...) and my brownie points are probably over-allocated on the year's sailing calendar! But it isn't a solid '...

I put some style 122s on mine
kept the metrics too though!
Would have another E34 any day - currently looking for a replacement for the E36, but I doubt I'll come across another 34 like yours so expect I'll go elsewhere...

I expect that's the same as my e36 (& e30 cab) - twist ~60 degrees (apply force on the plane of the screen if that's not obvious!).

I'd stick with a black hood, not that blue would look bad. Facelift rear lights though...

Somewhat unlikely for me
Making some progress on the car though - hope the new passenger will be along before it's finished! Hopefully they'll both make an appearance later in the year.

Looks spot on, that.
What's the deal with the softline wheels - were they a later option than the classic style?

Love it. Can see that it 'needed' new wheels, but I don't think I'd have chosen those. Still sweet as, though. Leatherzz yet?

3.73 is nice on a 2.5. Just that bit less buzzy than a 3.91 without blunting things too much.

Can't recall what the spoiler looks like - none of these bits are exactly common! I really like the front though.

A medium case diff is going to be more than the price of a pint agreed, but it'd hardly break the bank! I wouldn't bother putting the effort into welding and fitting the weaker diff, just to have to re-do it... But then swapping diffs is one of those jobs that I've already done more than enough time...

The fun bit with the cambelt is starting it after you've changed it for the first time!
Within 10 seconds you then realise that it was actually a remarkably simple job, & you won't be worried at all next time!
Just make sure you check things properly before you turn the key...

Much appreciated!
Now I think about it, it's not like I'll need to figure out any differences with it in the car - I 'just' need to get round to ripping the old loom out, then I can make any adjustments before I re-fit...
