yes to answer your question, that later m42/m44 will fit no problem, and will actually accept boost nicely because it has knock sensor's and some other electronic bullshit.. read up on it, im sure its been discussed countless times :mad:

i would have thought banger is cheap crappy car..

as for KM i knew chu guys were on the imperial system..

the others ill definitly keep in mind. the wings bit is pretty surprising!

sorry if this may be a bit off topic...but does europe have the M42 engines in the 318i/is' ??

i know we had the M44 later on in the E36 318i's..

and to get back to the topic..as everyone else has been saying, rust is important, if theres very little or none then its a good buy!

another 318iS joins the club! Welcome, Question for you, why are you using 535i Engine Mounts ?? They are stiffer than the stock hydralic ones...much better throttle response as well. Another plus is that they go for $30 per!! These would the E28 5 series. They do require a bit of trimming though t...
