gotta admit that i overdid the alcohol last night otherwise I wouldnt have posted this thread.

Its a bit childish & I feel a bit of a tw*t to be honest-apologies if I offended anyone-obviously it is an e30 site-I guess I am just proud of my car.

Gotta admit I am a bit peeved that my recent post of pics of my m5 was locked with the comment "this aint the m5zone". Firstly I dont think anywhere on the site does it say e30 owners only & nowhere on the "before you post" bit does its say e30 pics only,also there is a thread re cosworth conversion...

i dont agree with andyboy that their day has gone but you dont get the same enthusaism for modding e34's as you do e30's ,(putting the cat among the pigeons now) even though the e34 is a superior car.

hi all, I have just bought a copy of the chiltons manual which covers 3 & 5 series 1989 to 1993 inc m5. its a fantastic book and as far as I can tell the only decent reference available for maintenance for the m5 & far more detailed than th haynes manual re the 3 series inc m3-it is about 450 pages ...

well if its genuine & intended as a project I think Ã‚£2.5k is a good price-I love my e34 but I guess the e28 has a certain allure as there are nowhere near as many in the UK.

correct me if I am wrong but the M535 is just a dressed up e28 535 isnt it-they must be dirt cheap if you look around.

I think theres only a few hundred rhd m535's imported into the uk so obviously will hold the value-one for Ã‚£2500 is either being sold by a muppet or a total dog IMO
