well you were right there, one was stuck on the car, so tried to bash it off and it broke leaving half of it wedged in the hole.. but i still cant find any evidence of one on the left side of the car..which is just strange, it cant have just vanished into thin air. any idea a part number for these t...

Subframe bush "tophat"
Hi guys, im not sure the technical term but on the rear subframe mounts, there is a sort of top hat looking thing that sits on top of the bush, i guess transmits loads into the bush? anyway i have been swapping subframes, going from crappy rubber bushed subframe with drum brakes to disc brakes axle ...

do e30's have metric or unf fittings? i think its metric but i'm tired and its late and i cant really be bothered to go lie under the car at 1.20am.

awkward is better than paying someone else to do it. i'd much rather stress myself out and skina few knuckles and have a laugh with some mates than just fork out whatever and dump it at a garage.

those people should shut the fuck up, ive ran a welded diff in that car since may, with no problems. and i know people who have ran them for even longer with no problems, that is my only car and is my daily driver so its perfectly usable. and it shits all over the crap bmw LSD's and is a lot cheaper...

drift spec. hmm, nothing its rwd buy one go drive it. an LSD helps, but for learning you need nothing else but the rule of thumb is kinda 1)bucket seat 2)lsd 3)supension uprated dampers/coilovers but if its rwd it'll be driftable. theres a million and one things you can do to make an e30 "driftspec"...
