It's easy to raise boost on an internal waste gate but you can't accurately make it any lower than the opening rating on the actuator. Take a look at the Mac valves on efi-parts uk they can control both types of wastegates True. I'd overlooked that, but I guess it depends how much of a linner curve...

I would just use the internal waste gate (actuator) if you can achieve enough boost from it? You can manually bleed it or ECU it to control your boost. If not then take it off, weld the tab and run an external one. Tial make very good westgates. I only have experience with Garrett and Kkk chargers, ...

I'm in the process of supercharging my m50b25 non-vanos. I have all the bits mostly bolted in place. What I need to know is.... I have 400cc RC injectors, but I'm guessing I need to upgrade the fuel pump and regulator as these are stock e36 items at the moment. What do you suggest?
