no no,its a two door like the convertable's you guys have there exept that there is a bar that goes over the top of the car, kinda like the vdub golf mk1 cabrio. in sa we never got pillarless convertables in the e30 shape ony the e36 and up.

if you got an amp connected to it, it may be that your power cable is too small, especially if you tried to run your head unit and your amp on the same power feed. otherwise look for damaged wires, loose wires or bad grounding. and i doubt it but maybe check your fuse's

if you look a little closer at my pic, its not just a 2door its a rugtop. i lower my back half or my roof and i take off the front half wich is a boared that goes into my boot wich has rails for it. have you never seen one before?siddiqi1 wrote:im confused; what do you mean "the one with pillars?"

sorry for being ignorrant but won't that damage the speaker? if not it makes a dam neat trick!....easy to find find them is try matching wires by taking two..a AA battery and put them on batt...once you find right wire combination the speaker will pop..

hey everyone, im struggling with my gearbox a bit and the guy at the gearbox shop recons that you get three dirrerent type's of gearboxes for an E30 how true is this? and is it difficult to find a gearbox for a 323i

Hey all i have a 323i and well being an '84 its a bit slugish the engen sounds good but is it tuning thats out the computer box or do a have to do actual engen work?

so i went to the agents and treated my cabrio with a nice new shiny bonnet badge. now i want to replace the boot badge, how on earth do i get it off?
im not too sure i want to introduce my boot to my screwdriver with my slightly impatiant prodding.

no, the brake ones cap has a little measureing stick, if the cluch one is cracked, will that make a difference to my cluch at all?

i know that the cap for the brake fluid bottle is a little cracked but not really leaking, any remote chance it could be that?

brake feels like its loosing pressure?
every time i hit the brakes it stops the car fine but if i keep my foot on the brakes it seems to loose pressure so to say, is it supposed to do this or am i in some sort of trouble?

hey bud i dont know if you found out yet but yes you do, its from a coumpany called duplicolour you get different types your looking for the vinyl and fabric one, i did the whole interior of my car with it and if i must say so, it came out pretty tidy. then again i live here in south africa but mayb...

stupid question but now i got your attention. :D there is this clunk and knock noise comming from what i think is the wheels, it comes around when the car coasts but goes away when i accelerate or break. but if i break softly it gets a bit louder then goes away. WTF!? :eek: sorry for the long story....
