This is a great post and so infromative - can we post the thread on the M3 SIG? I know its mainly a US based SIG but all information shared on these fantastic cars will help us all in the end. Well done you - I wish I was blessed with the skills to do this kind if work. Credit to you!!

Hi Guys Thanks for the comments! I travelled up with the red M3's owner as he dosent live to far from me and we keep in contact by the M3 SIG. I spotted a 325 Sport - a black one and the M3 shown above. The star of the show for me was the Black Evo Sport - top car!!! Did you see that? - it was rever...

Hi,

Nice looking M3!! Where di you get your rear spolier from?? The lacquer is flaking on mine and while I'll keep the original I quite like and Evo III one. Hope you can help.

I didn't make the New Forest meet last week and so if you don't mind a new boy (middle age boy that is!) I'll bring the E30 M3 along.

Sorry. I had the alignment checked and know how much its out - same on both sides so kind of eliminates a shunt. What the garage said was that the alignment on the rear can't be adjusted like the front. So I'm curious as to what the likely cause is. I'll take it to my specialist and seek their advic...

No the car is stock save for its running on 16in Alpinas. I thought about the geometry too but as it is ajustable (?) the only thing I can think of of worn suspension components. That said it handles like a dream with no apparent knocks etc.

Wearing inner edges / walls of the rear tyres on and E30 M3

All, Just looking for a bit of guidance. I've had the alignment done and the rear is out by some way and the inner edges / walls are wearing unevenly compaired to the rest of the tyre. Any ideas? I was thinking of the trailing arm / rear suspension bushes? I had in mind too to opt for the powerflex ...
