wot you need is schultz it is a underseal just make sure you get the stuff you are able to spray over and leave it a few day to dry. it is hard to find but it is the best. best to try a body shop

rear beam help pls

has any one got any advice on how to remove a rear beam im all out of ideas and it is still stuck fast or if any knows how to remove the brake pipes from above it.

i havent go a zone chip i got a viper 2 chip but installed and it ran like s4it so i took it for a drive fillrd with super unleaded and when i got back after about half an hour turned it off and back on and it ran like a dream i dont know why but it worked

if you remove the exhaust and heat shield then remove the bolts from the gear box end and the bush bolts you can pull the prop out with out removing the diff as the prop will split in to two parts very easy just remeber to remove the circlip and the plastic bolt when changing the bearing. good luck ...

sometimes if the wheel bearing if on its way out will have no play since u got it change it. i had one go on my bike once no play just noise so put it off and then the back wheel locked and i was skidding all over the place. luckly i controled it due to mass of skill and the fact that i just left th...

because the speed is taken from the diff the only thing that can effect it is the size of your wheels

i have only got the problem with one side they both have the same pads both in good condition. there is about 25mm difference between sides. good idea but unlikly thanks for your help thou trackpig. :thumb:

yeah i think that the trail arm is twisted but there is no sign of twisting or bending but i got a spare so i will change it tomoro

i havent got a anti roll bar spring are in the right way cant be the springs sagging as i had the problem before the new spring was fitted

they are both 40mm fitted the spring myself noticed the problem before the car was lowered. if it is not bushes it must be twisted trail arm.

me again i have been talking to some one and they said that if the rear beam bushes are gone. i would have sideways movement if i push the car or go round corners and i would get a banging noise. but i have had none of this. so im back to begin will the Trailing Arm Bushes make the rear wheel sit hi...

well the shock top has seem to have gone i will change it tomoro and see if it works if not i will change the subframe bushes but the top mount has gone strange :?

ha ha winkeye i got it its the rear subframe bushes every time i jacked it up it would go back so i couldnt see it just lowered it onto blocks and it popped out lovely now i gotta change them :cry: see u in a week :mad:

could this be the damper

the drivers side of my car is sitting alot lower than the other. is this likly to be the shock or bushes. the bushes look fine and when i bounce the car it stop dead but the springs are very stiff. and my bloody heater matix blew today so im not having a good day :cry:

fill the bottle to the lower level and start the car and leave it run till hot the thermostat will open and top it up make sure all the air is out and replace air bleed screw and cap job done hope this helps

the pressure release valve is at the end of the fuel rail will get pics tomoro. it controls the fuel pressure.....
