its not got swirl flaps as its the earlier engine, its already got the modified oil breather and ive cleaned the egr too, its just so annoying as i dont no whats wrong with it

how much room is there for a rad in front of the engine then? doesnt look like theres that much room

many thanks dave, another faultless transaction form a fellow zoner, drove many miles to collect a few parts and even gave a hand removing some of the parts A+++++ would deal with dave again without a shadow of a doubt!

you sure its not the pressure relief valve on the housing?? mines leaking from there quite alot

also depends on the tester, some say if its not there you cant test it

first one sounds like an air leak in the induction side of things

second one i would say try a new one and see if its any different

and last but not least it could be the master cylynder or as you say just air in the system

mine is on the road and in bits at the same time!
