Why would no fuel be getting to cylinder #3 if it's reaching the others OK? :? Perhaps you may have a blockage in the inlet manifold, and it's worth doing a compression check to see if all cylinders have similar compression readings; you may for instance, have a stuck/damaged valve on cylinder #3.....
