Rear seats.
Awight folks, hows tricks? I have a 325i saloon with rather knackered standard front seats. Torn, filthy, mechanism buggered, i could go on. It has an M-Tech 2 kit fitted from PDI :x :-x and would really like some sport seats from an 318is or a 325i sport. I have read that the rear seats will not sw...

My 325i saloon.
Greetings. Just thought i would show a coupla of snaps of my 325i after a bit of TLC. I bought it off a workmate (work as a BMW techie) for £700, with 120,000 miles on the clock. I got the bonnet, boot and roof painted and both rear wheel arches replaced too. Interior is just standard seats unfortun...

Racing Fuel Pump.
Hiya folks... Built ourselves a 325i circuit racer, running with a standard tank. And yes, we suffered from fuel starvation!! So we got a nice new swirl pot to put in the sparwheel well, but not sure what external pump to use for the engine feed... Also, does anyone know exactly what pressure the in...

Hey folks. Got myself a secondhand piar of LEDA coilovers of an old M3 rally car. And because its an M3, it has the five wheel bolt set up. Do you know if its possible to fit a four stud hub, along with a new bearing onto the strut?, or is this a no no??!! I only ask because i dont want to buy loads...

Re: Rear Beam
I piad £628, + VAT, from GAZ direct. I simply e-mailed them with my requirements and they were very helpful. Took 4 weeks for them to manufacture them, and deliver them. Delivery was about £12.
Where are those adjustable rear arms mouted on the e30? I cant quite picture it!

Rear Beam
Hi there folks, just in the process of building a dedicated e30 circuit racer. Have fitted a set of Gaz coilovers and was wondering if anyone on here has actually raised the hieght of the rear beam, to get it closer to the body, and in doing so, reducing the negative camber of the rear wheels. At th...

Hi folks, anybody know where these are available from, and roughly how much? And are they worth it? I am running a 2 door 325i circuit racer. Thanks!!!

To be honest, he now only does the odd race in Anglesey and Oulton Park, used to do the Khumo a couple of years ago, but got fed up i think. He reckons that the Khumo tyres are up to much really. He had the car built about five years ago and it cost him £8k i think, so my main aim is to build a si...

Hello folks, after some advice regarding fitting a set of coilovers for some serious track abuse. Is it necessary to have the wheels arches rolled to make room for the tyres. I am asking because i have a 325i 2 door shell with a weld-in cage and its going for painting in a couple of weeks... any fee...

I have had five trackdays at the Anglesey circuit, and they have all been superb. It`s not too big and not too small and is great for getting to know the handling of you car, or like me you just want to go round sideways! I drive a 325i which is stripped and prepared for track abuse, and its ideal f...

Have a 320i with full 325i engine and running gear and an lsd(3.7 i think), but the 320i gearbox is still in the car. Just wondered how much difference there is between the 320 box, and the 325 box? The car goes like hell!!

Exhaust flexi pipes.
Have a 325 for track day abuse. My exhaust is standard bmw, but with the middle box cut out, so it runs from the manifold, straight through to the back box. What keeps happening though is the downpipes keep splitting because of the engine vibration. Has anyone ever fitted flexi pipes (like diesels h...

My car was not fitted with m-tech suspension from factory, and it actually started life as a 320i, so it doesn`t have an ARB on the rear, but there is one on the front. If i were to buy a H&R Cup kit, do you know if it would go straight on the car, or would i have to get the ARB links from BMW. I ta...

Have a 325 that i use for abuse on the track, but is fitted with Apex springs and struts(only about Ԛ£200). Not too bad for the road, but way too wobbly for the track. The car simply rolls too much! Wondering what you folks use for your e30`s, wether it be a conventional spring/strut setup, or ...

Remove power steering??
Have a 325i that is preped for trackday fun, but is also used on the road. Do most people remove the power steering from the car, as its supposed to give a better `feel`, and doesn`t put as much load on the engine?? Any advice much appreciated!!
