Just done a smoke test and i can see smoke coming from under and left side of throttle body, to me it seems like the tps, maybe the o ring. Tomorrow im going to have a better look.

My e30 320i has a weird idle surging problem and when its warmed it runs super rich.

Ive checked everything and nothing has solved it.

Im after a washer jet for my e30, the locking in tabs on one of mine have snapped and it doesnt seat in.

Now the problem im facing is that i thought i had b20 injectors and someone said that they are from a b25 0280150715.

Can i use these on my b20? Or is there any sort of chip that i can buy which is fuelled for m20b20 using b25 injectors?

So i have an update,

2 injectors where faulty, one is stuck closed and tye other is stuck open.

I checked all the wiring at the c191 plug and also from c191 loom to ecu end and all checked out.

Im leaning towards injectors,
Maybe one or two is stuck or leaking, the car has been off road since 2006. So things have probably started to fail.

I was having trouble with my e30 with rough idle and lumpy running, i sorted that out and now i have alot of smoke and it stinks of fuel when running,

I just put everything back together for a smoke test , im getting smoke from the oil cap.
Does the caps have rubber seals on them as mine didnt.

Can the oil cap be the cause of all my problems?
Would that cause the engine to misfire and run rubbish?

Update: I have now changed the fuel tank with a 55l and new blue temp sensor and the problem is still there, It cranks and starts for around 10-15seconds and cuts off again, but when i start it up and hold the accelerator itll rev but sound really rough, its like a misfire. Got a used 55l tank and fuel gauge to go with it,
The 63l tanks seem unreliable, 55l runs the transfer pipe outside the tank.

I need a new tank,
I cut open the fuel tank and removed the pipe and unblocked it, i then filled the tank up with water and the siphon is still not working. Something is messed up inside the pipe

Hi, im after a 63l fuel tank for my e30 as my ones internal transfer pipe is blocked so all fuel stays on one side.

My return line inside my fuel tank is blocked,

Anyone know a good way to unblock it?
Ive sprayed it up with WD40 and let it soak for days and air pump to (200psi) and still not budging.

I think i found what my problem might be,
The fuel return inside the tank is completely clogged up, ive been trying for days to slowly push the gunk out but no luck,

Anyone have any tips on getting this line to free up?

I dont know much about these german cars, im more into jap cars.
