ive just had the exact same problem, did the rear disc conversion
and theres barely any brakes? is this just bacause there new? sorry to

just taken it to the garage and my mechanic seems to think taht it done this cos there was insufficent
oil in the diff. if this is the case is that by diff fcukd or is it repairable?

come to fit my new dif and ive got it jacked up where its supposed to go and done the bolts on the prop up to support the weight aswell. i pushed the prop in as far as it goes but the bolts on the side nearer the front ( one either side) wont line up with the casing bit that comes off the subframe? ...

just fitting rear discs, put new handbrake cable on there and tightened it from the front and it seems about 2inches too long? the whels dont lock when handbrake is fully on? really stuck!
