Whats the easiest way to strip the glass and guts from wing mirrors, getting them sprayed

is there any common faults to look for? got no heat gettin to matrix... disconnected pipes at engine bay/ blew threw and NO flow

any one done this, have a block in ok condition... chain nipped at 105k, bent 10 valves so thinking of bringing it up too 2.1l.... heard bout this long time ago

any one got problems or solved over fueling....

pipes are simple enough, one goes to windscreen (via bonnet) with a tee and built in non return valve NRV, this keeps water at washer jets at all times till you run out... other pipe must go to back window, might have a NRV too...and if you've head lamp washers could be another pipe..... turn your w...

Any one been able to remap there e30 m42 ECU think its motronic 1.7, just seen an artical on remapping e36 ecu's with home computer....

lookin to convert to 5 stud hubs on my 318is. (Have discs all round) is there much involved, any body done it and could they run me over whats needed thanks.....

Has anyone with a 318is had any petrol leaks in around fuel pipes under air in- manifold, spotted leak drippin onto starter,, so losened a clamp holding two metal pipes to have a look and leak then stopped?

Anyone know the turns lock to lock for all the e36 racks?

Has anyone fitted an e36 evo rack in an 18is yet.... Its as light as hell and turns on its own accord, I've checked that the sterrin coupling isn't to tight (compressed) and it's uj's are not at awkward angles...... Its a deaf trap to drive

Fitted e36 evo Qrack last week/ have a problem tho! with every thing hooked up filled up and tightened, I started her up and when i touched the steerin wheel she would fully rotate her self in the direction you'd move it! I know this sounds stupid but it turns on it's own (NO RESISTANCE) so i remove...

Can anyone tell if the pulleys from an m44 (crank,water pump,alternator,PAS pump) all swap over to an m42(no air con)

hello, any body had this changed cz lookin for some info? phoned bmw to get a price on replacing it but they don't seem too interested!..... Am i right in sayin this is a night mare of a job for your average mechanic/service man.. Anybody have a rough idea what it costs?? thanks.. 8O

does anyone know if u were to put an elec pump on an m42 and dissconnect belt from originial water pump pulley, would the water still pass threw existing pump on engine?

My m42 is noisy aswell tho it's the timin chain tensioner, Heard a different m42 and its tappets usually go quiet once warmed up-
