Re: 325i Auto: Cranks but Not Starting
I would get the original DME out and send it off to ACtronics or whoever else u may use / know of. If the DME has a fault, u can go on testing stuff for weeks to no avail, I speak from experience. My 1990 325i convert would crank,, but not start - DME was faulty.

High pressure steering hose
Hi All,
Apparently the high pressure hose from the reservoir down through the pump is NLA from BMW. I have a minor leak from this pipe, so need a new one. Has anyone had this problem before on here and come up with a solution?
Many thanks]]

Convertible dash switches
Hi all, If I may i have 2 questions. Aslo, on the electric roof switch, one side is blown (I guess ther...

Re: Convertible rear side flaps
yes,, just pry,, no need to remove anythig except old flaps! Tbh getting them off is easy - i had difficulty snapping the new one back into place,, but a bit of force and it clipped in all of a sudden.

Thanks, I've given it to a roof specialist now in Surrey - they seem to think they can fix it all,, for a price!

Hi all, I have a Convertible motorsport edition which i have been giving some TLC to since i bought it a few months ago. All very straight forward so far, just a few basic mechanicals, servicing - a few electrical issues, no bodywork issues so thgt it was all too good to be true, until now! I have m...
