I will look into the cut off switch. the car is only left standing for 3-4 days at any one time. The si board is the only thing that will need power. Thank you

The car did not start after 3 days with the light on. So I swapped the battery just to check it was not that. It started fine with the other batt. I will go start it tonight and see what happens (been stood for 2 days) The light goes out the moment the engine is running with no delay Thank s for you...

I had this with my old 325i. turned out to be the light in the boot not turning off. I found this out after a new battery. Justt an idea for you

Its a E36 on a N reg. its very high spec and its cheap!
The bloke just says its gears and so he has never changed the belt/chain. I have no intrest in diesels and am just checking this out for him.

a mate is looking to get a 318 TDS touring for work. The bloke selling it is saying the engine has gear drive in place of the cam belt/chain. I dont know about this derv engine, i prefer M20!
He dose not sound like a "car" person.

have you tried autotraders insurance quote thing?
i was having trouble getting cheap insurance for the 535i (£500 plus)tried on autotrader and got it for 265 fc and i live in a high risk area!
not always the cheapest but for me it was

jesus its back in a new form Iremember these a while back (8 years ish) they where just electric fans with a good looking cases. They will just restrict power. these were out with the vortex thing that you put in a turbo car to mix the air up more. same thing just blocks air intake waste of time and...

I think there 18 inch 740 wheels multispoke design will be going on car with standard suspension so will check the fronts closely

Chrome bumpers are pre face lift and plastic are post.
Also check the fog lights square=pre Half moon ish style=post
They changed in 1988 to the new style but i think the cab changed at a later date not sure when but someone will be along to tell you soon
