Has the alarm played up at all recently? If it has one? Ive had it before where a car will turn over but the imobilliser wouldnt allow power to the pump. Have you got power to the pump? Although it runs fine for about 10 mins and dies? Mmmm. Would think likely cause is a duff pump.....

Also the suspension turret is now touching the battery.

Doesnt sound like its worth fixing to me. Do you really want to drive a car on the road again after its had that sort of damage?

Your best course of action is to invest £60 with injectortune (see trader's section), and have your injectors rebuilt. Your mates E36 injectors may work, but they will also be well past their best. Drop height is sensible but your standard shocks wont last long. Buy a new kit and replace the lot.
