Thanks for the recent comments gents, the car has had a new owner for the past 2 years now but I still gaze at the pictures of it!

There is no "mtech"
A sport differs from a standard 325i as follows:
LSD
Sports Seats (recaro style)
Tech 2 Kit
Black Headlining
Shocks and Springs
Tech2 Steering wheel and gearknob
Map light rear view mirror
oh, and an "S" in the log bog (V5)

3.0 has single vanos which has much less (reported) problems than the 3.2's Dual Vanos.
Brakes wise 315mm discs with single pot calipers.

Hey Andy, are you still eyeing up the LS1 - E36 conversion?
I've just got my hands on a 323 Alpina rep coupe with a fecked motor thats crying out for a swap. Think I'll chuck in an M50 2.5 for now and see how the finances progress!

Hey Dave, what happened to your touring? :cry: Had a wee moment in it Rolled it Drove it home Needs a reshell Nae luck min! I'll keep an aye out for you. Do you want a touring shell or any body style? I doubt the 318i Touring I have here would be much use to you as I think it needs a sill welding.
