Would there be much work in getting the upswept bits cut off and leave a straight finish on the pipes?

I'm very undecided on the upswept look, certainly would prefer straight pipes, but theres a scorpion system come up for sale with the dtm tips for reasonable money that I might buy

Hmmm, now thats something that has never occurred to me.

Is there anything down along the length of the prop shaft that might go?

Its not the big diff bushing or the exhaust either....

Rear knocking, last straw.

Howdy guys, Ive a knocking coming from the middle/rear of the car when cornering to the left and over bumpy roads occasionally. It doesnt manifest itself through every left turn and depends on the angle of the corner and the speed carried through it. It is not the top mount. Ive had them changed. It...

Is this a part number gents?

091.58.144

BMW E30LS SSK FLOCK DIAGO

Found a sticker under the seat with that, some other bits written on it also but none that seemed inportant.

Is that the part number and is there somewhere I can enter that into to check...?

Very hard to gauge a price for BBS splits, especially the RS. Price depends on condition and the manner in which theyre finished. Ive soon gold one selling for 2000euro with time left still to bid!

Gents, before I actually physically go outside, get on my knees and search for a part number for these seats, can anyone point me to where I should be looking??

The curiosity as to what they are is eating me up. A lot of the US gang are claiming that they are e21 seats. :o

Genuine Alpina Centrecaps

Thinking of selling my BBS crosspokes and picking up a set of genuine Aplinas. Wheels are in good condition, not mint but not bad either. The only problem is that they are missing one centrecap. How likely am I to find a genuine centrecap to fit? Am I likely to have to pay much? Is there a replica c...

I had a a set of 9x16 under my 60/40 drop the other night and while they didnt fit right due to the offset being wrong.... you will have to roll the rear arches. The arch came right down to the top of the stretched tyre with only a couple of mill of room. Any bump and you'll be scrubbing big time. I...

Can anyone tell me conclusively what these front seats are from. Ive been led to believe that they are from an e30 m3 evo. They are OEM BMW seats, but from what?

How would the paint take to me using it on it?

Would both nail varnish remover and superglue remover be any worse for the paint than white spirits?

How would a driver of a 325 feel the added gains of the ITG? Would they be as prominant as the gains felt on the more powerfull car with regards throttle response and top end urgency? Surely the two cars to test the kits on would be the 318is and the 325is, the cars many people have... Sounds like a...

That was'nt autotesting, just a slalom clip. Still good though. BMW's are too big for autotesting, a mini is what you need!

Is a straight cut box not just a dogleg box? Sounded like a sequential box in the hillclimb.
