You can either use just part of the replacement bits, or have your LSD housing machined to accept the other bits as well, and end up with an improved unit. IIRC, would this be availa...

but if you only remove the diff unit, and the pinion is not removed the no need to adjust the backlash as it is already set up from before. the part i would be worried about is going into the diff, there is not much info to be got on the web either. it can't be too difficult thought couple of gears,...

Im going to get a full kit if I keep the car and raise it to about 45-50mm if possible. yeah looks well low Adam, probally 80/80 th...

on the m20 325 it's an easy job, good idea to change the water pump, belt tensioner if either of these seize then your belt will snap and you know the rest. change thermostat aswell it's a good precaution as you know the m20 doesn't like heat that much. just remember that the when taking off the fan...

s14 aginest the m20 2.5
Lads,
whats the differance between s14 and m20 2.5, i know its 6 cyl and it's 2.5, as i just seen the stats on the link page to bmw info, to see the s14 fitted to the 320is, is putting out 192bhp Vs 170 bhp from the m20 2.5. or is this a typo error in the car it's fittied to.

same applies to any mod though even changing wheels, lowering kits, induction etc, etc. its just a risk we take. rules are made to be broken well insurance ones anyway so long as you get away with it, besides if you get the cat back pipe made to look original then the inspector would have to be a zo...

my mistake, if for instance your turning into petrol station or drive over a hump with the wheels locked or even partialy locked since the wheels travel up, it then hits the arch. on the front only and only when lowered by 60mm at the front. will the m3 ecentric bushes fit straight in to 325i and if...
