Electrical connectors

I have a late 320 and need the connectors (male and female) for the injector loom. Is it possible to get these connectors with 'pigtail' short lengths of wire? Thank You.

Headlight parts

I need 2 adjuster screws with the white plastic heads and black plastic nuts and 4 of the black clips which the adjusters push against (they clip into the back of the lamps).
They're the smiley headlights which did have the adjusters inside the car, I'm doing away with the fancy adjusters.
Cheers.

I had a problem with the same symptoms but no real pattern as to when it would occur. Bit of lateral thinking (in general how does the ECU work out its fuelling, TPS, AFM etc.) Took the AFM off when it was running badly and found it had jammed wide open making the ECU think it was getting shit loads...

They're male clips which plug into green plastic sockets in the valance. There are 2 on each side. Cheers.

I say yeah, especially on that cab because it cleans it up and modernises it (in a good way!) but then the black roof breaks it up just right. Too much colour coding ruins a car, grill, rub-strips, wheels, bumper inserts..... any of these except for the grill can look good depending on the look you'...

Try Nakamichi, don't know too much about them but they look good (not garish) light up amber (amongst other colours) but aren't cheap.
Loving the Alpine but good call on the Rover. Check this for retro!Image

A lot of things were acceptable in the eighties, few of them stood the test of time. Also depends on the colour. Completely black cars or any very dark colour can look pretty cool. I've got a Zender kit for a mk1 Golf; it may of looked ok then (probably not!) but I'm too young too remember - 24. One...

Interesting how it's called a 745 when its a 3.? I know the numbers don't mean much nowadays but they did then.
I read somewhere that they called it that cos it made 4.5 na kind of power.

Anyone seen Chop Shop London Garage? They put a Sub motor and running gear in a mk2 Golf. They cut the chassis legs off and fitted the Subaru legs, made a gearbox tunnel and jigged it with lasers before welding it. Made for a proper car until they murdered the bodywork.

I took a mate with me to buy a donor car from a scrapyard (cat c), only I'd seen pictures, his face dropped when he saw the OSR had been caved in giving serious 'toe in'. When I told him he was driving it home he nearly punched me. He drove the 25miles home 'crabbing' down the A64 at 40mph. I wouldn...

ITB Throttle Cable

Just wondering, all you running ITB's what are you using for throttle cables? I'm building an m20 on bike bodies but the slot for the nipple on the spindle is quite small and the original (m40) cable is no good.

Well I don't believe it, changed the VR circuit, sorted the stims power supply and still nothing, it wont communicate again. Removed MS2 jumped pins 12 and 13 and got comms using hyperterm. With MS2 fitted it just won't communicate. It can't be the firmware because MS2 downloader won't connect to up...

Yeah IIRC 3 and 4 come crimped together. I'd like some pictures of where they come through the bulkhead because I can't see anywhere, unless they come through where the loom mets the ECU. Is there a blank to punch through?

Pics on RealOEM look like the cable clamps to the bulkhead #4 goes to the starter and the lug between #10 and #11 goes to the fusebox, right? #1 and 2 don't apply.

I bought a rear battery conversion kit a while ago for my 316i coupe shell but I think I'm missing some parts. Does anyone have any photos of said parts? I thought i might as well go distributor-less while I'm at it and when I started the project that was the best way I could find to do it. Re: Megasquirt won't communicate!

Yeah the diameter has been reduced so the m20 VR sensor was too far away, new sensor should work just fine.

The motor looks pretty good, it's all been low budget. DIY ECU, DIY inlet manifold and bike ITB's.

I'm using a blank 12' loom from diyautotune.com, I stripped down a standard loom to just the relays, oil level/pressure and coolant (for temp gauge) along with a few others and used the blank loom for all MS in and out whilst retaining the c101 so it plugs straight into the car. Took the standard tr...
