Some of you may remember me from a few months ago, my dad has just bought a facelift 318i 2 door, (1990) and it doesnt have a sunroof, am i right in thinking they are rarer. The car is for sale for anyone wondering.

Just popped it out and is there only supposed to be one main plug? There's 4 holes in the back which look like for bulbs but there's nothing else there.

Haha possibly, the ABS light is on the dash. Will have a play around with it. I haven't seen a roof mounted OBC before, is it common for them

None of the lights light up, i press the check button and nothing happens. I have tried it after running the car for 15 mins and when its not been ran.

Got a 1986 320i Coupe, it has a roof mounted on board computer, with a check button. But it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on what could be wrong. Thanks.

When was ABS first introduced for the E30. I heard it became standard 87' on wards but I don't know how true that is. I have a 320i 1986 C reg, and I've been told its rare for that year.

Is there a way if i i take the VIN to find out all the optional extras its got.

Yes it has disc's on the rear. What tyres would fit on to them, will have a look round tonight at tyre prices.

Yes the tires are metric. Very cracked and one has an egg in. Is it rare for them to come with ABS or is that something they all have, as my dad was very surprised when i said its got ABS. Im hoping to make it near mint, or in very good condition.

Where would i be likely to find some metric tyres, (200 60 HR365) at a reasonable price.

Darkchild- My engine is different to that, the distributor on mine mounts down the side of the engine. Whereas on this the distributor mounts on the cam.

-Fuel filter
-Spark plugs
Also I'm looking for:
-Timing belt kit
-Disc and pads all round.

Where would be the best place to buy everything, without spending an arm and a leg.
