- my touring is beginning has rusted extremely badly down the seem in the wheel arch under the fuse box, what's the best way if there is one on repairing this?

Im 19 from the UK and have an E30 touring and I could never imagine driving it without powersteering, test-drive it and you'll see what I mean, paired with the big old hole in the boot aswell as the facts he's ripped all of that stuff out what else do you think he's done and for that price no.
