The drain is isolated to the smaller of the 2 additional ring terminals at the main + terminal.

They say they do not 'refurb' centre caps, just prep it and paint it - so if it's badly corroded, chipped or damaged they won't / can't repair it as new. There will be a colour difference if you go with caps new tho - so it's a bit of a dilemma...
