E30 Zone

has anyone got any custom mirrors on their doors?, and where did you get them. its the base plates i can't find anywhere. no one claims to be able to fit mirrors to an E30. any help would rock, thanks.

8) anyone know if the base plates for the E30 and the E36 are exactly the same. i'm wanting to order up some new smaller mirrors and the web site only has a base plate for the E36, but in the magazine article of the same company it has all the E cars listed. are these all the same or do they differ?...

sorry about the ignorance, but what is a 2.5 AFM, also, does the year of the car matter with the ECU. i know there is a 2.5 in a yard near me that is a recent addition, still has the ECU, but it is a good few years earlier than mine. do you think that will make much of a difference?

i got the panel type replacement. not the cone one. also i took the horn out from the inside of my box. i'm still on my 195 65 14's at the moment. i don't mind too much for the minit, as they have m+s tyres but even they are not very good in the rain. if i go 215 tyres on back and 205's on the front, do i want 205 rims only?? cheers for the info.

can anyone with 16's or 17's tell me wot kind of ride they get. are 17's too bumpy, especially with sport suspension. 17's better cornering than 16's by a LARGE margin??

8) i'm wanting to lower my e30, but i also want some 205's instead of my 195's that i have at present. i'm pretty sure here that i will be able to do one or the other and be on the margin of rubbing on my wheel arches. has anyone done both and had any trouble??? anyone done just ONE and had trouble?...

i could swear i have shorter springs on the back though. they are tiny! i've seen pics of new lower springs and they look exactly the same.

my 320i deffinitely does not have a rear roll bar. i was under it today. has a skinny ass front one, but nathan on the back!! i've read a lot about needing to stiffen up the connecting joints when you thicken up the roll bars. if i've not got one on the rear, will i have points at all to anchor it t...
