Re: bmw e30 mint coupe doorcards

Looking good , pity that they're non electric windows Hi mate hope you and the E30 going well ? Just for general knowledge, the early PFL door cards had the hole on electric windows too, it was covered by a blanking cap. You could take the cap off and use the winder thing in the toolbox to manually...

Are you using e5 regular unleaded?. I’d Change fuel filter, clean and regap plugs run on super unleaded . Had running issues years back on 318i and seemed to help.
hi I only use super unleaded and never from a supermarket chain, so I don't think its the fuel itself

Couple of good tyres for the 205/55/15 around, Currently there is a Continental and a Goodyear. Rainsport 5 are still there and a bit cheaper than the other two. slight misfire

Evening my m20 on start up from cold is showing signs of a misfire , she's starts ok but when I hold the revs steady at around 1200 the engine seems to be starved of air /fuel with the revs dropping then rising again and repeat until the engine warms up a little. Also she takes a few seconds to star...

Not sure if this is any help to you, but I had the same issue with a different car, it was a blocked rainwater drain. Basically, water will fill up to the heater hole and spill over into the cabin when driving. Could help if you check all draining holes in the engine bay. Thanks for the reply, I've...

I've noticed a small wet patch directly beneath the join of the plastic cover of the heater , this isn't a regular occurrence I don't believe its the matrix ( no coolant just clear water) and if it isn't then could rain water enter the cabin via the vents beneath the windscreen then into the black p...

Unusual noise from engine

Good evening, I'm trying to establish the cause of a whooshing sound which occasionally emanates from beneath my bonnet whilst driving, I can't replicate the sound at idle.
