S54 swap. What parts, have donor car.

Luckily I never started my s50 swap and now I have e46 m3 donor car. Obviously I have engine, box and loom out already. We want to scrap the car asap so what else do I need from it? I want to use flyby wire throttle. Do I need the fuel pump? I still have my s50b32 pump. Any help would be much apprec...

E36 or e46 front subframe

I'm going to use the s50b32 sump and oil pick up and I also want to sit the engine back. (I know I need to cut bulkhead) I know the e46 bolts up but did read the e36 subframe was something like a inch wider than e30? Im not sure i believe that. Problem I did read was that it puts the lower arms in t...

Hmm I'm going 3.64 but have 6 speed box and an audi tdi to do long distance driving.

Depends what you want. If you want less revs then 3.15 any less than that and you will ruin it.

lsd prices and options. possible large case?

Looking for medium case lsd and prices are £600 plus and I'm not paying that for a tired old diff. Just want to know what else will fit. Failing that I have a large case lsd and rear end from e36 m3 sitting in my garage. Has anyone seen a large case fabricated to fit a e30 before? Sure will be cheap...

s50 and carbon airbox. will it fit?

Just been offered a mac motoren airbox for the s50. Problem is I don't want to get it to find out it won't fit. Also I won't be using a MC and servo, I'll have a pedal box.
Anyone know if they fit or not?

Cheers Grant

what relay for k4. mine is ford??

My dipped beam doesn't work. Bulbs are fine so I think relay has given up. The relay in k4 is a white ford 5 pin relay.
I've looked on car parts but there's two listed with 5 pin.
What one do I need please?

Re: bosch vs ngkbpr6es

If you can feel that much difference in new plugs (both bosch and NGK) then one set must be wrong and not suited to your car.
They only spark and either hot or cold (strong or weak)

If you've just changed a set of old plugs for new then obviously you will see a difference same brand or not.

Yeah I won't use the e36 front bar, I'll stick with the e30. I want a more oversteer setup too so the 24mm h&r will be too big.

Thanks for all the info lads. Is a great forum. Best info for e30's, other sites generally don't have a clue.
