Good to see a bit of long overdue updating of the zone. I am liking it overall but is there a way to reduce the size of the page/font/whateveritscalled as I find it a bit large and difficult to scan through topics/threads. There's not a lot in the screen and it means a lot of scrolling about, I know...

Us savages in the north have another problem. Supposedly if the UK votes Brexit and the majority of Scots don't the poison dwarf wants to call another independence vote right away. Why the dwarf wants us to ditch one autonomous rule and keep another is a mystery to me but as she is staunch leftist s...

K100's are good for modding, they are relatively unloved, cheap and there are some good ones out there to copy.
I like the K75's too, they are supposedly a good bit lighter and feel better when stripped down. I think my next project is going to be a scrambler K75.

Haha brilliant!! Hopefully some fellow Scottish E30's can get together for a meet in 2016 (Fife here) The floor is yours, put one together, I'll help get you moving on it if you want. Re: MOT Help - what does it mean?
Could be a few areas. Front suspension turrets or more likely by the wording the areas around where the suspension arms mount around the subframe and chassis leg. You will need to get under it and give it a right good poke around. Look for fresh underseal/paint to see whats been repaired if it has. ...

Not much happens in Scotland meet wise these days.
There will probably be an impromptu meet at the Falkirk Wheel at some point and quite a few Scottish zoners go to Glamis each year but that's about it.

Yeh it has Xenon fronts, Celis rears and auto levelling.
Breakers either don't have the right LKM or don't want to sell it. Could be a bit of a wait.

Well it seems it needs to be a LKM4 as the 3 is for manual headlight adjusters and mine is auto with auto lights and Celis rears....all of which need a 4 to run them correctly. Will have a check around the breakers for a 4 but looking on BMWFans it seems there's the usual minefield of part numbers f...

Still pissing about with this problem. BMW want £468 for the LKM plus the car into the worksho...

Was looking at these a while back.
Think there is an issue with some electrical connector to the autobox which corrodes/snaps. Think also radiators can be dodgy. Would check them both out yours being a higher mileage.

Are you sure the bullet is long enough? 20mm is the "average" but some have had to make theirs longer/shorter. Mine was around 25mm I think but I'm using an M3 cylinder. I had to fiddle about with the linkage to get it just right.
Just mess about with it till you get a better feel.

Looks Sea Green to me and my 318Is was that colour.
Bit cheeky calling it an individual colour on the ad....pretty sure it's just an E46 run out colour to spice up the option book for the last year or so.
Interiors on e36's always look crap on anything without a black dash IMO.
