No the external diameter! As I need to know what size tube fits over it. Therefore the external diameter of the pipe will give me the internal diameter of the tube.

My current suspension squeeks on the drivers side. I have been told it is the insert.

Just wondering if I can check the new legs condition.

Do you have to remove the trim from the car to get this plastic sheet around it?

I have just bought a pair of front legs off of an M-Tec car its 51mm struts.

They are complete with the inserts and springs.

Is there any way of checking their condition while off the car before I fit them. As I don't fancy having to replace parts after they're fitted.

Argos what needs to be swapped over?

I have the BK Alpina Reps and was wondering if anyone has any experience using aluminium spigot rings?

So is it worth changing the plastic for Aluminium??

RHD vs LHD

They don't tend to fail really. I know people try to play with these to fool the ECU into thinking its freezing cold outside meaning it pumps in more fuel.
