Oddly enough mine does the same...! Have you lengthened the clutch fork at all? If read quite a few people weld 5mm onto it to make up for not using an e21 release bearing! I can only assume that I've welded on a couple mm too much and it's causing this issue. I'm just gonna knock up a clutch spacer...

Good idea!! Although I have a braided clutch line so can't clamp it

I'll have a think if I can knock something up to block the line to try and feel some resistance.
